Kids / TV area - toys, freeview tv with dvd player and a selection of dvd's. Music and cd player. Opening out onto paved area.

Cloak room WC - understairs wc with washbasin

Utility room - wc and basin with access to side pathway

First Floor

Master bedroom - King size double bed, chair, wardrobe loking over the english channel with juliette balcony

1st flloor living room / bedroom 5 - beautiful room with study, large sofas, terrace overlooking the english channel. can make up a double sofa bed on request

Bathroom - walk in shower, bath, wc, sink.

All linen provided - Designers Guild duvets and pillows, bathroom towels provided.

Front Lawn and driveway - no access to garage
